The story

The story behind the work.

Factory No.1 gives the former W.D. & H.O. Wills tobacco factory a residential future through a mix of converted and new-build apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

The scheme retains the site's industrial character while introducing landscaped gardens, secure entrances and a concierge. City & Country identifies its own in-house team as responsible for the homes' design and specification.
