The story
The story behind the work.
City & Country developed Priory Fields as a community of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in St Osyth, drawing on traditional British architectural references while using contemporary layouts and finishes.
Ponds, landscaped open spaces and winding pedestrian routes structure the neighbourhood. The site sits close to St Osyth Beach, the Colne Estuary and protected wetland landscapes, connecting the homes to a wider coastal setting.
