30 Golden Square renovates a prominent Soho corner into nine floors of office space. Atomik records the 31,000 sq m project as complete, with the existing commercial building reshaped for contemporary workplace use.
Contractor Synergy appointed Atomik for design management. The practice coordinated between the client's novated design team and the main contractor's supply chain, so the project record retains this delivery role rather than presenting Atomik as lead architect.
