The story

The story behind the work.

Woodalls acted as principal design and delivery partner for Kantar's 50,000 sq ft headquarters on London's South Bank. The brief was to reconnect teams within a large floorplate and create a client-facing workplace that felt active rather than corporate.

A central Town Square anchors the social programme, while a new staircase cut through the structure links the two floors and makes movement visible. Work neighbourhoods, shared settings and hospitality spaces support hybrid work without losing a clear sense of arrival and identity.

The official page records a six-month construction period within a 12-month building-selection-to-opening programme. Woodalls is credited for strategy, consultancy, architecture, interior design, project management and construction, with no unsupported personal credit added.
