Article 25's Khammouane Provincial Hospital project in Thakhek, Laos is a phased masterplan commissioned by LuxDev, with an approximately 5,000 sq m Acute Care Building as Phase 1.

The first phase brings outpatient, emergency, ICU, theatre and pharmacy services together. The source records construction targeted before the end of 2026 and names Khammouane Provincial Hospital, Lao Consulting Group and Hoare Lea as partners.
