Marklake Court is a completed 2018 community-led affordable scheme of 27 flats and maisonettes on a former garage site in Southwark.
Leathermarket CBS residents shaped the brief through a housing-needs study and more than a year of consultation. The design includes a communal garden, roof terrace and social entrances.
