Yellow joinery and a pink curtain frame the route between the room and bathroom. · Timber joinery, a wall map and large window shape the guest room. · A stair connects the two levels of a maisonette guest room.

In their words
Architecture with atmosphere
Founded by Gabriel Kacerovsky in 2000, Archisphere works across architecture and interior design, with an emphasis on hotels, restaurants and private residences. The practice describes its work as a meeting of architecture and atmosphere.
Its design process begins with conversations about the client, the setting and the history of a place. Materials, colour, furniture and spatial planning then develop around a coherent project narrative.
At Hotel Schani near Vienna’s main station, familiar references to the city’s coffeehouses sit alongside plywood, brass and bright colour. The project brings the studio’s architectural and interior work together.
