About
About Arcvelop.
Arcvelop is an award-winning architecture practice and developer based in London, creating distinctive homes across the South East. The studio specialises in restoring and converting historic and characterful buildings, uniting architectural design with commercial insight.
Founded by architect and developer Marc Turnier, Arcvelop designs and develops in-house, acting as architect, developer and investor on its own schemes. The practice focuses on design-led commercial conversions, giving redundant buildings such as former factories, offices, sawmills and workshops a new lease of life as high quality homes.
From feasibility through to delivery, the team works to unlock value while preserving the heritage and character of each building. Its signature modern traditionalist approach combines restored traditional features with carefully considered contemporary elements, intelligent use of materials and a respect for craftsmanship.
Arcvelop partners with investors and joint venture partners as a delivery partner, taking sites from acquisition and planning through construction and long-term ownership. Its work has been recognised at the Property Investor Awards.
