Pendant lights and a circular rug mark the entrance space. · Dark joinery and twin basins in the bathroom. · A timber-lined room and built-in bench face the landscape.

In their words
Space, materials, lighting and colour considered together, from the brief to the final details.
Berglind Berndsen’s practice works across homes, offices, public institutions, restaurants and hotels. Its scope includes spatial planning, bespoke fittings, lighting, furniture and the selection of materials and colour.
Projects begin with a client meeting and an analysis of what the space needs to do. Agreed concepts develop into drawings and specifications, with follow-through during delivery. At Country home in Iceland, the practice shaped the interiors of an all-season house designed by Úti & Inni Architects.
