Projects / Project
Berglind Berndsen Interior Architecture has turned the basement of a 1906 timber house in Stykkishólmur into an intimate wine bar.
Banquettes beneath the old stone wall.
The project
The bar sits beneath a well-known restaurant in an old timber house. Its basement has been reworked into a sophisticated, cosy room.
Low banquettes line raw stone walls, with soft pendant lights, marble tables and a green-tiled washroom.
