Design Squared Architects

Established in 2007, the London-based practice has successfully completed over eight hundred building projects and has developed an extensive portfolio. We undertake a broad spectrum of architectural projects, managing the design process from concept through to completion. We also offer a range of complementary services, including interior design, party wall surveying and contract administration.

As a small-scale practice, we provide our clients with an enhanced level of personal service and pride ourselves on paying careful attention to our clients' individual style and the functionality of their proposed space or building. Our practical and pragmatic approach is founded on a sound understanding of planning policy and building regulations/technology, demonstrated by our high success rate with planning approvals and the buildability of our projects.

Our team are familiar with the complexities of UK policies and legislation, including working with sensitive properties and sites with neighbours in close proximity. We understand the requirements of each local authority and are experienced in dealing with statutory bodies to achieve the best results.

More recently, a large proportion of the work we have undertaken is for property developers, to whom we can provide advice, space planning and feasibility studies, adding value to potential opportunities and assisting them in maximising returns.
