In their words
Exploring how materials, technology and spatial organisation shape the way people meet and live.
Founded by Eric Liftin in 1997, MESH Architectures brings architecture and digital design into one practice. Its work ranges from renovations and new homes to commercial and educational projects, with an interest in new materials and the continued use of existing structures.
For Kids of Kathmandu, the practice designed a rammed-earth addition to Gulmeshwori Basic School in Nepal. Hexagonal rooms, a covered porch and a roof used for outdoor learning provide different places to teach and gather within a compact building.
