Perkins&Will designed 150 Holborn as Sidara's London headquarters, bringing more than 1,000 people from several businesses into one 182,955 sq ft building. A public cafe, central atrium, shared staircase and varied work settings connect the organisations while allowing each brand to retain its identity.
A pre-demolition audit guided material reuse and recycling, with the official project page recording 97% of potential demolition waste reused or sent for recycling. Refurbished furniture, components designed for disassembly and a digital twin extend the circular approach into occupation. The project completed in 2023, and this practice-level record makes no Mario Romero authorship claim.
