Archi-Tectonics converted the existing brick warehouse into loft homes, galleries, a guest apartment and shared wellbeing spaces. The retained structure preserves the site's industrial character and embodied carbon while an eleven-storey addition gives the building a new urban presence.

A folded glass-and-steel facade was developed through parametric modelling and a file-to-factory process linking the digital model to specialist manufacturers. The envelope combines passive solar gain, summer solar control and tightly coordinated fabrication, demonstrating how adaptive reuse and digital production can work together.
