The story

The story behind the work.

6250 at South Miami is a completed 14,700 sq ft single-family house designed to connect generous internal spaces with its garden. An L-shaped plan places the pool at the centre and uses glazing to draw views of established trees through the principal rooms.

Separate wings support social and family life, with a covered terrace, barbecue area and private upper-level rooms gathered around the landscaped rear garden. The official page credits AGD Developers and AG General Contractor alongside MIK Architecture's architecture service; no personal authorship claim is made for Matias Daroch.
