The story

The story behind the work.

Moonstone Waterfront is an 8,754 sq ft single-family house at design-development stage in Miami's Keystone Islands. MIK Architecture uses the three exposed sides of its corner plot to draw light, greenery and canal views through the plan.

The great room, family room and central kitchen connect to the pool, barbecue area and dock, while four en-suite bedrooms, a private principal suite and rooftop support quieter use. The official page credits AGD Developers and AG General Contractor alongside MIK Architecture's architecture service; no personal authorship claim is made for Matias Daroch.
