Projects / Project
An 8,475 sq ft canal-side house in permitting, shaped by a sloping waterfront plot and a close connection between rooms, pool and water.
The story
MIK Architecture records Hibiscus Waterfront as an 8,475 sq ft single-family house at permitting stage on Keystone Island. Its canal-side plan uses expansive openings, an infinity pool and terraces to connect daily family spaces with the water.
Intermediate levels respond to the sloping canal edge and create privacy for the study and principal suite, while flexible ground-floor space can accommodate guests or wellbeing uses. The official page credits GFU Developers and GAMMA Construction alongside MIK Architecture's architecture service; no personal authorship claim is made for Matias Daroch.
