The project
The single-level flat sits on a 100 square metre site with a quiet garden behind. The aim was to respect the building’s heritage while giving it a twist with new materials that tie the rooms to the garden.
Ceiling mouldings and joinery were restored to their original shapes. The new bathroom and kitchen use materials and colours that carry through from inside to outside.
