Cambium creates 110 homes in a mix of townhouses, mews houses and apartments while establishing new public streets and spaces in its Southfields setting.
Scott Brownrigg records architecture and masterplanning services for Lendlease. The completed scheme retains a historic oak attributed to Capability Brown as the centre of the public realm and forms part of a wider strategy that enabled a new nearby school.
