The story

Gensler's plan converts 170,000 sq ft across three buildings into multi-tenant laboratory and office space. Modular planning supports different scientific uses, while an 80 per cent speculative fit-out is designed to let occupiers move in within twelve weeks.
Adaptive reuse is projected to reduce embodied carbon by 40 per cent, with all-electric services, photovoltaic power and a full lifecycle analysis supporting net-zero readiness. Laboratories, focused work, collaboration and amenities are brought together within a 42-acre innovation campus.
