Cowichan District Hospital is a new 607,601 sq ft, $1.45B facility in Duncan, British Columbia, designed in association with ZGF Architects and listed for completion in 2026.

The seven-storey hospital combines a Diagnostic and Treatment block with an Inpatient Tower. A heavy-timber community hall was shaped through patient, staff and Indigenous engagement.
