A two-phase Kamloops patient-care programme renews hospital departments around a nine-storey tower.
The story
Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, British Columbia, is a two-phase patient-care tower and department renewal programme. Parkin lists Phase 1 at $417M and 301,389 sq ft, and Phase 2 at $72.7M and 62,430 sq ft.
Phase 1 completed in February 2022, while Phase 2 is scheduled through October 2026. The nine-storey tower includes mental-health, maternal-newborn, surgical and emergency facilities.
