The project

The brewery is known across Europe for its research and its ties to the land. The design reworks existing architecture with new elements: an earthen bar, an opening onto a courtyard and the draught beer system.

At the centre of the hall, an eight-metre bar is clad in resin mixed with grit and hay, recalling farm and craft. Seven brushed steel pipes, one for each beer, descend onto it from above.
