The story behind the work.
First Way, Wembley is a planning-approved mixed-use scheme beside Wembley Stadium. ColladoCollins was invited to develop the detailed planning application for an existing Access Self Storage site, retaining that use while introducing a residential garden-podium development.
The proposal is arranged as five towers between 10 and 24 storeys, providing 655 new residences including 529 build-to-rent homes and 126 co-living homes alongside office, commercial and residential amenity uses. It remains a planning-approved proposal rather than a completed development.
