The story behind the work.
Premier House in the London Borough of Harrow converts an existing office building into apartments, with a rooftop extension developed through a separate permitted-development submission. ColladoCollins was invited by Akelius UK Thirteen Ltd to develop the consented scheme.
The official page records 112 units, including 70 C3 studios, and says the project topped out in late 2023. Its status remains Under Construction in the source, so this record does not imply completion.
