A 17-storey workplace opposite Reading station anchors a wider regeneration masterplan with hospitality, public realm and high environmental performance.
The story
ONE Station Hill replaces a long-vacant site with 275,000 sq ft of offices, coworking, retail and hospitality spaces. A rooftop garden, wellness amenities and two acres of landscaped public realm connect the building to the station and create a more active arrival into Reading.
The all-electric building uses air-source heat pumps and targets or achieves a suite of workplace and environmental standards. Its embodied-carbon trajectory, biodiversity net gain and pre-let workspace make it a built first step in the wider £850 million Station Hill masterplan.
