The project

The Österreichisches Volkswohnungswerk builds cooperative housing under the motto “welcome home”, and wanted that feeling in its own workplace. The design combines lively greens and blues with a sense of calm, openness and nature.

Clear forms, accent lighting, solid floors and timber furniture create an inspiring yet unobtrusive setting. From the entrance to the roof terrace, the daylit offices offer flexible workspaces, a transparent meeting room and places for focus.
