Stephen George + Partners designed and delivered the final warehouse at Panattoni Park Sittingbourne. The 5,388 sq m building complements two larger logistics units while refining an earlier consent to improve operational efficiency for DPD.
The architectural treatment retains the park's graduated cladding idea in a greyscale palette, with a contrasting frame reducing the building's visual mass. The official source records a 2026 completion, PV and EV infrastructure and a coordinated delivery with Winvic Construction.
