The story
The story behind the work.
Uffington Road forms the north-west parcel of a wider allocated housing site in Stamford. Stephen George + Partners developed the design code, masterplan, full planning application and detailed construction information for 202 homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom houses.
The official project page records private, affordable-rent and shared-ownership homes and explains how the approved design was carried through a JCT Design and Build route. It identifies completion in 2025 and keeps the practice-level authorship distinct from the podcast guest relationship.
