AllesWirdGut’s Perlach Plaza brings shops, homes, student flats and a hotel together around a park at the new centre of Neuperlach in Munich.

The project
Perlach Plaza is a mixed-use quarter on Hanns-Seidel-Platz with retail, services, restaurants, 110 rental apartments, 104 student apartments and a hotel. It plays a central role in the new KulturQuadrat centre, and at its heart is a 5,000 square metre park sheltered by the surrounding buildings.
The complex links directly to the underground, a cultural centre and generous outdoor spaces. Gentle arches and arcades relate it to the market square outside and to the narrow streets of central Munich, and a three-storey base of shops and restaurants forms a lively public edge.
