A Place for Community Voice · development view 1
The project
Prakriti Paudel's project exposes an existing building's walls and structure to reveal its hidden past.
The proposal works with that structure to create a place where local residents and the wider public can express their voice through a multipurpose arena, cafe performance space, recording studios, community radio and a library.
