The project aims to revolutionize traditional masonry construction by developing a design framework for mortar-free masonry walls, integrating robotic production and assembly techniques. Utilizing advanced parametric design tools (Rhinoceros and Grasshopper) and structural simulation software (PhysX plug-in), the framework ensures stability and efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. Additionally, environmental simulation software (Ladybug plug-in) is employed to achieve self-shading effects, enhancing thermal performance. The project showcases the potential of robotic precision in creating modular, sustainable, and structurally sound masonry wall structures.
