Ackroyd Lowrie are working with a regional developer on a large scale development which will provide over 70 new homes and 2000m2 of retail space at the centre of an ambitious new masterplan. Ackroyd Lowrie secured the contract with an innovative design proposal which conceals the parking requirements of the site under a landscaped podium. This optimised the value of the scheme by reducing the requirement for a basement.

The focus of the site will be the 2 large courtyards which overlook the stunning lake. These courtyards will contain playful landscaping, fountains and covered play areas, as well as an amphitheater for local productions.
