The project
The layout turns on the link between inside and out, with the private terrace as the anchor of the home. It extends the living space, brings in cross ventilation and opens views to the mountains and the Mediterranean, while a panoramic window stretches the living room towards the landscape.
A restrained palette of natural stone and soft neutral tones echoes the coastline. Custom timber pieces made by the Mallorca workshop 8ulls combine storage and structure, and materials were sourced on the island to tie the apartment to its setting.
A panoramic window above the dining table.
A built-in bench on the terrace above the sea.
The bathroom in stone tones with a lit niche.
A day bed beside the glazed doors to the terrace.
Custom timber joinery beside the terrace doors.
