The project
TINNAPPELMETZ designed the interiors of a new home near Lake Teupitz for clients who wanted a place that felt settled and lived in from the outset. Furniture, lighting, rugs and artwork were selected as part of a complete interior.
Bespoke cabinetry, beds and upholstered pieces were developed with the studio's network of small manufacturers. These sit alongside vintage furniture and contemporary designs, with warm materials connecting the different rooms.
The scheme includes pieces by Vincent van Duysen, B.B.P.R., Børge Mogensen, Jacques Adnet and De Coene. Garden views and outdoor seating extend the relaxed domestic spaces into the planted surroundings.

A vintage sofa and coffee table beneath framed artwork.

The pale-painted stair and landing connect the interior spaces.

The kitchen with timber cabinetry and a marble worktop.

A bedroom with soft furnishings and panelled walls.

A garden seating area surrounded by planting.
