The Exchange

For my final project, I was tasked with designing a space that could positively impact the community of Lewisham by addressing key challenges related to the future of cities and how we live and thrive in them. The project, titled "The Exchange", focuses on the future of dwelling and aims to foster a sense of togetherness within the community at a larger scale.

The design celebrates cultural diversity and seeks to create an environment where people can learn about and connect with their neighbors. The program of each of the three buildings is carefully designed to encourage cultural exchange, interaction, and learning, helping the community better understand the different cultures that surround them. By combining shared spaces with individual dwellings, The Exchange envisions a future where architecture helps build stronger, more interconnected communities in response to the changing dynamics of our cities.
