The project

Set between city and countryside, the estate offers different levels of shared living, from individual flats to house shares with common living rooms and cluster apartments. Five distinct buildings form one ensemble.

All the buildings are reached by bridges, access balconies or internal walkways that double as places to meet. Smaller apartments make room for shared spaces and outdoor areas, and the public realm ranges from an orchard meadow to an enclosed square.

A street between coloured blocks.
