The story

The story behind the work.

Bowman Riley was appointed as architect by MMR Developments for Wharfe View, an exclusive collection of six family homes at the entrance to the regenerated Greenholme Mills development in Burley in Wharfedale.

Reclaimed stone from the former mill pump house and an M-shaped roofscape reference the site's industrial heritage. The completed homes include open-plan living spaces, private gardens, off-street parking and access to a residents' gym.
