The project
The villa belongs to the 1970s building landscape of Brianza. The restoration changed the layout while keeping its local character, turning a horizontal duplex into two homes with their own views.
In the larger, two-level home a new white metal staircase seems to hang from a curved opening above the kitchen. Bespoke dark timber furniture forms a bench and island, set against light walls, terrazzo and bright yellow accents.
