This position sits within a highly respected architectural practice with a strong portfolio of commercial office projects, ranging from workplace repositioning and refurbishment schemes through to large-scale new-build developments. As the team continues to secure new work, they are looking for a Project Architect who is confident taking ownership of projects, managing consultant teams and building strong client relationships, while actively working towards an Associate-level position. The Role

Working across a range of commercial office projects, you'll take a leading role in project delivery, coordinating clients, consultants and internal teams throughout the design and construction process. The role combines project leadership, technical delivery and client management, providing excellent exposure to all aspects of running successful commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial office projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Manage consultant teams and coordinate project delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Oversee design development, technical packages and construction information.
• Support project planning, programme management and resource coordination.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development.
• Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality objectives.

Requirements

• ARB-registered Architect.
• Experience delivering commercial office projects within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong Revit proficiency.
• Excellent technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Confident managing projects and taking ownership of delivery.
• Ambition to progress towards Associate level.
