This opportunity is with a fantastic residential practice specialising in bespoke private homes, heritage refurbishments and high-end residential projects across London. With a strong focus on design quality and client experience, the studio is looking for a Project Architect who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and delivering thoughtful, well-crafted architecture.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of projects, working directly with clients, consultants and contractors from early design stages through to completion. The role offers genuine responsibility, involvement in decision-making and the opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit and ambitious team.

The Role

Working across a range of bespoke residential projects, you'll lead schemes through multiple RIBA stages, balancing design, technical delivery and client management responsibilities.

You'll be trusted to manage projects day-to-day, coordinate consultant teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard while remaining commercially and technically robust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from concept through to completion.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Prepare and review planning, technical and construction information.
• Oversee project programmes, design development and project delivery.
• Attend site visits, client meetings and project workshops.
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, programme and budget objectives.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.

Requirements

• ARB-registered Architect.
• Previous experience delivering high-end private residential projects within a UK practice.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong technical and design abilities.
• Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Confident coordinating consultants and project teams.
• A proactive and organised approach to project delivery.
