Take a leading role in the technical delivery of large residential schemes. This London position places particular emphasis on RIBA Stage 4, detailed packages and coordinated Revit models.
What you will work on
- Lead and coordinate residential projects through technical design and delivery.
- Develop construction drawings, technical packages and Revit models.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and resolve technical challenges.
- Work with clients and contractors to manage project information.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior colleagues.
What you will bring
- ARB registration and at least three years of post-qualification experience.
- Residential delivery experience within a UK practice.
- Experience on large residential developments.
