In their words

Carter Williamson Architects is a Sydney practice working across architecture, urban design and interiors. Its work includes private homes, mixed-use buildings, public projects and commercial spaces.

Based in Summer Hill, the practice develops projects through conversations, sketches and models. Its approach connects the everyday use of a building with light, gardens and the work of landscape designers, artists and craftspeople.

Rosso Verde explores those priorities within a former warehouse. A new planted courtyard and a more carefully organised plan give the home a generous sense of space while reducing its enclosed footprint.
