About

About CO—RE.

CO—RE is a Central London development management business. Working on behalf of investors, asset managers and landowners, the team acts as the client across the full life cycle of a scheme, from first feasibility and business appraisal through to completion and leasing.

The practice describes its approach as Collaborative Real Estate. That means assembling and coordinating large design and construction teams, often dozens of consultants on a single project, and keeping every workstream moving to time and budget. Day to day the work spans briefing, design management, planning, tendering, construction monitoring and the pre-letting of space to occupiers in the super-prime commercial market.

CO—RE's Central London portfolio includes schemes such as Stonecutter in Farringdon, 120 Fleet Street, 20 Ropemaker and Lansdowne House on Berkeley Square. The team is based at Frederick's Place in the City of London.
