The story

The story behind the work.

CO—RE acted as development and project manager for 20 Ropemaker, a 25-storey tower near Moorgate completed in 2024. The building provides 425,000 sq ft of offices and 10,000 sq ft of retail and was fully pre-let to Linklaters and Pension Insurance Corporation.

Make designed the stepped stone tower with terraces, natural light, improved public realm and end-of-journey facilities. The live source records BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum as achieved certifications, not targets. CO—RE's development-management role remains distinct from Make's architectural authorship, and Dolunay Dogahan is not personally credited.
