David's final thesis project Cowtropolis is a meat processing, education and retail hub supporting the production and consumption of local produce - cattle originating from Newcastle's Town Moor. The aim is to support and enhance Newcastle's agrifood supply sector, particularly during times like Covid and Brexit tariff uncertainty, alongside environmental and ethical factors.
