The story
The story behind the work.
ZEDPods and Mid Devon District Council delivered three two-bedroom and two three-bedroom homes at Eastlands in response to local demand for genuinely affordable social rent.
The full turnkey design-and-build process included planning, offsite manufacture, site work and handover. The in-use scheme also formalises parking, extends footpaths and uses its massing and window positions to protect neighbouring privacy.
