The story behind the work.

Ashford Borough Council commissioned ZEDPods to create 23 homes above an underused car park in Flood Zone 3A for households moving on from temporary accommodation.

The permanent BOPAS-accredited modular scheme was delivered through RIBA Stages 0 to 7. Its mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes includes a shared garden, with the official source estimating annual savings of 41 tonnes of carbon and 554,040 litres of water.
