The story

The story behind the work.

ZEDPods and Bristol City Council turned a long-unused plot at Inns Court into 12 one-bedroom homes, with half allocated to people moving on from homelessness.

The in-house team adapted the planning-approved scheme for volumetric construction, stepping the layout with the slope and revising the roof and windows to protect neighbours. The in-use homes combine 84 photovoltaic panels, air-source heat pumps and an EPC A rating.
