The story

The story behind the work.

Eglon House transforms the former Mayfair Studio into a live-work residence inspired by Maison de Verre. The constrained, landlocked site required construction within retained perimeter walls.

Symmetrys developed the structural and civil engineering strategy, including top-down construction and exposed structural elements. The official source records BREEAM Excellent for the commercial portion and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 for the residential portion.
